This is Penny Allen with her adorable new puppy, Shelby. Shelby is a Cocker and Beagle mix who was born in June and is pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on September 15, 2000, when she weighed 7.6 pounds. This puppy has such a sweet face, it looks like she was blessed with the best traits of each of these interesting breeds!
