We would like to introduce a very happy  puppy and his new owner! This is  Robin Arenas and Toby. Toby is a Shih Tzu puppy, born on February 20, 2001, and pictured here at his  Puppy Plan appointment on May 18th.  This is a very sweet puppy, and he is  very fortunate to have such a  loving owner as Robin.  One way that Robin has shown her love for  Toby is by having an Avid chip implanted in Toby. This is a very simple procedure, but if he is ever lost or stolen, he can be identified by the use of a scanner, and then he can be returned to his home.  He is so  cute- it will be fun to watch him  grow up in a home filled with love!!
