What a tiny baby! This is Kylie Baggett and Bailey. Bailey  is a Toy Poodle  puppy who was born on November 25, 2002, and is pictured here at her first Puppy plan appointment on February 15, 2003 when she weighed  in at a whopping  2.6 pounds. It looks like  Donna and Patrick Baggett have a real  winner in this   combination of a daughter and a wonderful new  puppy! What a great  picture!
