We would like to introduce David and Shirley Ballinger and the newest member of  their family, Lacey. Lacey is a beautiful Labrador Retriever puppy who was born on September 28, 2004. She is pictured here on November 30, 2004 at her first Puppy Plan appointment when she weighed 14 pounds. What a sweet, fun puppy!
