WoW!! This  puppy looks  like he belongs in a commercial! This is  Frosty and his newest best friend in the whole world, Dorothy Bass. Frosty is a Chihuahua that was abandoned at Mrs. Bass' front doorstep. Our medical staff estimates that he is  about 5 months old at this first Puppy Plan appointment on  December  27th, 2001.  At this time, he weighed 9.2 pounds.  He is so  cute - Mrs. Bass thinks that his big ears look like airplane wings - give him time, he'll grow  into them!
