Is there anything more wonderful than a neat man with a new puppy??  We would like to introduce Mr. Richard Binnes with his wonderful new puppy, Penny. Penny is a Jack Russell Terrier puppy who was born on January 8, 2001 and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on March 29th when she weighed in at a whopping 4.2 pounds!  Mr. Binnes tells us that Penny likes to play chase that she enjoys playing with her sister, Missy. We think that it is great that Mr. Binnes has this puppy to play with !
