What a  cute  picture and what a cute  puppy! We would like to introduce Patrice and Bailey Carhart and the newest member of their family, Webster. Webster is a really sweet Toy Poodle who  Patrice fell  in love with at the Flea Market!  He was born on November 24th and is  pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment  on February  20, 2002 when he weighed in at a whopping 1.6 pounds. We are not sure which  member  of this family loves this  new baby the most, but we are sure that he will get LOTS of  love and GIVE lots of love!
