We would like you to meet Wendi Carter and her new best friend, Kacey. Kacey is an All American DOG who  was born in May of 1999 and is pictured here at her appointment on March 27, 2001 when she weighed 57.3 pounds. Wendi says that Kacey is a Scooby Doo look-alike who just loves people Looks to us like Kacey will take good care of Wendi!
