Talk about a cute puppy!!!! We would like to introduce Connie Celoria and the newest addition to her family, Herbie. Herbie is a Bichon Frise puppy who was  born on  October 5, 2002, and is  pictured here shortly after he arrived from a breeder in Arkansas. t this appointment on  December 7th, he weighed 4.8 pounds. Connie tells us that  Herbie was chosen to be used as a breeding male - Yeah Herbie!  We can hardly wait to see more puppies!!!!
