On December 15th, John Rought delivered the model of the new hospital - we are excited now to see what the  final results should look like!

Dr. Houghton and  his  son, Bert, look over plans and paint the outline  of the new  building on the parking lot. March 31, 2001

Dr Houghton and Architect John Curtis planning the new building. 1-3-02. Register Construction will be putting John Curtis' design to work to create our new building. It is designed to be innovative and modern, but we plan for it to have an inviting, warm feeling where clients and pets  will feel at home. The plans have been created so that we will be fully operational throughout the building process, but you will definitely be aware that some things are different!

On July 22, 2002, we began a new era in the history of Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital with  the restoration of our old style  of  boarding animals into the new, resort style with  cottages with tvs, webcams, and big, soft beds, thanks to  Bobby Stinnette and his  crew!!

We have gone  from this:

  to this:

and this:

Our purpose in all of this  construction is improving the quality of service that we will have available for your pets. We will not have the quantity  of boarding spaces that we have had in the past, but the pets that are here will receive quality medical care and attention while they are here, and we are confident that they will be  comfortable while they stay with us!! We will be creating suite and cottage spaces  for the dogs and have ordered the most modern plexiglass -enclosed "TOWNHOUSES COMPLETE WITH  FOUR-POSTER BEDS" for your cats - clear so that they will be able to watch the birds outside and enjoy seeing guests as they visit the Hospital. Our Cottages are complete and the guests that have stayed in them seen so happy with their COMFORTABLE  BEDS, free playtimes, and good meals served with  home-made chicken soup on top! Of course, if you prefer, you can bring special  diets from home for the finicky Fidos, whatever makes them happy!!
