We would like to introduce Tom and Mary Debari's newest addition - this is Regis. Regis is a teacup Poodle puppy,  born on  July 2, 2001, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on October 5th when he weighed in at a whopping 3.6 pounds.  Regis is not happy when he is left alone - he is happiest when he  is with his new "Mom"! He is also a  very patriotic puppy - just look at that red, white, and blue bandana!!!
