You are looking at the luckiest  puppy in the whole world - I can't think of a better home for a new puppy than  with this sweet lady, Ursula Dewey!!  She is not only one of the nicest ladies we know, she is also one of the best   pastry chefs that God has put on this earth!!! (And, thankfully, she shares the fruits of her talents with us!!!) Now Mrs. Dewey  has taken this sweet little tiny Yorkshire Terrier  puppy into her home and her love! This is Tuffy, born on July 17, 2001, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on October 17th when he weighed in at a  whopping 2.4 pounds.  There may not be much of him, but he is filled with love for his new best friend in the whole world, Ursula Dewey - WE DON'T BLAME HIM!! He knows what side his bread is buttered on!!!
