What a great  picture! This is Deborah Dougherty's son, Jason, and his new Rottweiler mix puppy, Toby.  Toby, who was born on May  9, 2001,  is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on July 18th when he weighed 4.8 pounds. Toby is one very fortunate puppy - he had been found on the side of the road, was laden  with  parasites and very lonely, but now  he is well on his way to a great, healthy life with a wonderful family! Jason tells us that he has become quite active and seems to feel better than when they first found him.  This is a true success story for a very  cute pup!
