We would like to present an adorable  puppy! His name is Chico, and he is shown here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on April 16, 2001 when he weighed in at a whopping 3.8 pounds. Chico is a Chihuahua puppy, born on February 5, 2001,  who has chosen Bobbie Earp to be his  best friend in the whole world! Bobbie says that Chico is an adorable and people-loving pup!
