We would like you to meet Samantha  and her new best friend, Vivian Fortner. Samantha is a Lhasa Apso, born on November 30, 2000, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on  January  19, 2001 when she weighed in at a whopping 2.5 pounds! Lhasas are full of so much energy and fun, we just know that  this puppy adds a lot of excitement to the Fortner home!
