This is one of the cutest  puppies that we have seen in a long  time! May we present Clementine and her new best friend, Bob Francisco. Clementine is a Chihuahua mix who was born on January 20, 2003, and is   pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on  April 8th when she weighed in at a whopping 1.4 pounds. Bob and his  wife, Wynona, tell us that Clem, their  previous Chihuahua, has gone to  Doggy Heaven,  but now they have this  wonderful  puppy, not to take Clem's place, but to make her own.  She was the smallest  of her litter, and it seems that she is  not going to take  up much space, but what she lacks in size, she makes up  in heart - she is going to be a very special family member!
