What a great face! We would like you to meet Otis and his  new family, Mary Beth and Alex Garcia. Otis is a Welsh Corgi puppy who was born on  January  15, 2004. He is  pictured here at his Puppy Plan appointment on   May 26, 2004 when he weighed 10 pounds. Mary Beth tells us that Otis  adores his brother, Augie, who  also is a Welsh  Corgi,  but he doesn't much care for the cat! Their  family is  enjoying this  puppy  very  much, and, from the  look on his  face, the  feeling  is definitely   mutual!!
