We would like you to meet a very tough little dog and his new best friend in the whole world! This is Scrappy Doo and Joe Garrison. Scrappy is a Chihuahua mix puppy, approximately three months  old at this first Puppy Plan appointment on December 13, 2002 when he weighed in at  4.8 pounds of pure muscle!! Joe and Misty Garrison tell  us that  Scrappy is always getting into trouble. Hopefully, he won't get much bigger!!
