We would like to present the newest member of Timothy and Carol Giles'  family, Quiara. Quiara is a Chihuahua, born on September  9th, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on November 26, 2001, when she weighed in at a whopping 1.6 pounds.  She is so adorable, and will be a very  outspoken member of the Giles' family as she gets more familiar with them and more confident. Right now, she  is nervous of new things, but , with Carol's help, she will  become very brave for her   size!!
