We would like to introduce a special friend of the Houghton  family, and his newest family member. This  is John Hansell, better known as Big John, with Lucy. Lucy is a Bassett Hound puppy, born on  July  15th and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment  on October 15, 2002, when she weighed 17.4 pounds. She is such a cute puppy - all skin and big eyes! John tells us that she is Miss Ornery at home, taking her brother's treats! Her brother is Washeka, a Lab mix who is going to have to  learn to stand up for his  own rights with Lucy  in the house now!! She is a sweet puppy and it will be fun to watch her grow up!!
