This is one of the cutest puppies that we have seen! We would like to introduce London and his new best  friend,  William Harper. London is a Chihuahua puppy whop was born on January 5, 2004. He is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on   April  5, 2004 when he weighed in at a whopping 2.2 pounds. William tells us that  London was supposed to go to  live with William's  girlfriend, but William kept him instead. He tells us that this  puppy has stolen his heart! What a  lucky puppy!!
