This is Lashonda Hayes and her new baby, Simeon. Simeon is a Maltese puppy, born on January  19, 2003, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment  on  March 20th when he weighed in at a whopping  2.6 pounds. Surely this tiny puppy could not have been named after the star for the Tampa Bay Bucs, Simeon Rice!!!???
