We would like to introduce Mel Ishihara and   his new best friend, Copper. Copper is a Beagle  puppy who  was born  on June 8, 2003, and is  pictured here at his first Puppy Plan on   Sept. 9th when he weighed 8.4 pounds. Mel says that he and his  wife, Deborah, have really enjoyed this fun puppy who loves to chase his tail (it's always nice to have a toy with you wherever you go!) and who  loves to  chew on fingers. It will be fun to watch this fun-loving puppy  grow up!
