What a beautiful  puppy! This is Lucy and her new best friend Cindy Jones. Lucy is a Border Collie puppy, born in October and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on December 29, 1999, when she weighed 10.2 pounds. Border Collies are such special dogs, we know that Lucy and Cindy will have great fun together!
