What a cute puppy!! This is Rowdy Kirkland and his new best friend, Russell.  Rowdy is a Bulldog puppy, born in November, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on December 29, 1999, when he weighed in at a whopping 8 pounds! These two look like they will have lots of fun times together.
