This little puppy's name is Lucky and that's exactly what he is! This is Jacqueline Lewis and when she was at Walmart, someone gave her this tiny Shih Tzu puppy, estimated by our Medical staff to be about 3 weeks old. Jacqueline is a perfect Mom, and has been doing a great job raising this baby - he weighed 2.4 pounds at this first Puppy Plan appointment on November 27, 2000. She says that "Lucky" was an early Christmas gift for her daughter, Brittany - we think that Jacqueline's family is an early Christmas gift for Lucky!!

Now we would like you to meet Brittany, Lucky's new "Mom". This picture was taken on December 11 when Lucky came back in for his Puppy Plan appointment - look how he is growing!
