What a great  picture! This is Rumba with two of her favorite new humans, Santiago Lizarao and his Mom, Dina Rodriguez. Rumba, a Shih Tzu puppy who was born around the middle   of   February, is pictured here at her  first Puppy Plan appointment on  May 14, 2002 when she weighed 6.4 pounds. They tell us that    Rumba's name is Spanish means party girl and this   puppy sure  lives up to her name! She plays all of the time - what a delight!!
