We would like to introduce Richie Long and his new best friend, Rocky. Rocky is a Rat Terrier, born on July 12, 2000, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on September 20th .   Even though Rat Terriers are little and really cute, they are tough little dogs, and we know that as Rocky grows up, he will truly EARN his name!
