We would like to present Kistia Manning and her new puppy, Jasper. Jasper is a Cocker Spaniel, born on February 1, 2001, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on March 19th when he weighed 6.4 pounds. Kistia tells us that Jasper just loves to play - he chases his shadow, eats socks, and he climbs like a cat! What an interesting critter! It will be fun to watch this cutie grow up!
