This is   one of the cutest little puppies that we have seen in a  very long time! We would like to introduce Pam Matheny and her adorable new  puppy, Chloe. Chloe is a Terrier  mix who was born on May 5, 2003, and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on July  31st when she weighed 4.4 pounds. This puppy is so adorable - she looks a lot like a Brussels Griffon puppy, and is as soft as down! She may just weigh 4.4 pounds,  but it is 4.4 pounds of pure love!!  It will be fun to watch this cutie grow up.
