We would like you to  meet  Cindy McGee and her  new best friend who doesn't have a name yet. This  pretty  Bichon Frise puppy was born on  June 11, 2003 and is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on September 13th when he weighed 9.4 pounds. Cindy  tells us that he is a very sweet, special dog.
