We would like you to meet Tyletha and Roger McGuire and the newest member of their  family, Phoebe. Phoebe is a Chihuahua puppy  who was born on July 15, 2003, and is  pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on October 7th when she weighed 3.2 pounds. They say that Phoebe can jump very high, and that her very favorite thing to do is to  ride on "Dad's" shoulder! What a fun puppy!
