This puppy looks like he should be a star in a movie!! We would like to present Peggy Newsome and her new best friend, Rusty. Rusty is a Lhasa Apso mix puppy, born on March 15, 2001, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on August 3rd when he weighed 8.6 pounds (mostly hair!!) Peggy tells us that she and Robert got Rusty from a neighbor, and we tell Rusty that he is one VERY lucky dog to have been taken into this home!! He is so sweet and seems to have a wonderful personality - it will really be fun to watch this cutie!
