Talk about Puppy Love!!!!This is one of the best pictures of the year!!! We would like to present Angelica and Rene Perez's new puppy named Penny. Penny is a Chihuahua mix puppy, born in April  of  2001, and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on May 19th when she weighed 2.3 pounds. How wonderful it is for a  young person to learn to properly care for her pet by accepting the responsibility of helping to bring her to the doctor, and by sharing in the daily care of the  pet. These two will have so much fun together!!
