We would like to introduce Tina Phillips and her new best friend, Freckles.  Freckles is a Cocker Spaniel mix puppy, born on May 28, and pictured here at her Puppy Plan appointment on October 24, 2000 when she weighed 14.2 pounds.  From the fun look on this puppy's face, we are sure that she brings lots of excitement and action to the Phillips home!
