We would  like you to meet a really  nice lady who found a puppy in distress and decided that she would give her a great home! This is Vickie Pickhardt and Docker. Vickie was visiting a friend in Ohio and Docker appeared there as a stray- now Docker lives in Lakeland, Florida! Docker appears to be a long-haired Dachshund, and our Medical staff estimates that she  was probably born in May, making her about three months old at this first Puppy Plan appointment on  August 23, 2001 when she weighed 9 pounds.  What a fortunate puppy to have such a wonderful home!
