We would like you to meet one of the cutest puppies that we have seen in  a long time, and we see a lot of puppies!! This is Tinkerbell and her new best friend in the whole  world, Elizabeth Prescott. Tinkerbell is a Chihuahua who was born on April 21st and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on July 12, 2002when she weighed in at a whopping 2.4 pounds of love and laughter!!  Elizabeth tells us that this puppy loves to be held - what a sweetie!!
