We would like you to meet Joe Pugh and his dog, Blizzard, a Pitt Bull puppy who  loves everybody! Blizzard was born in August, and is pictured here at his Puppy Plan appointment on November 25, 2000, when he weighed 28 pounds.  He is going to be a big dog, and Joe is starting him off right by acquainting him with lots of people and developing his good personality.
