What a great picture! We would like to introduce Tommy, the newest best friend of Jessica Rain. Tommy is a Miniature Dachshund puppy, born on March 20th and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment when he weighed in at a whopping 3 pounds!  Jessica tells us that she has always wanted a little Doxie, and Tommy is really a fun puppy!
