This is one  of the fluffiest, cutest puppies that we have seen in a long  time! We would like you to meet Meeko, the newest member  of  Joyce Randolph's family. Meeko is a Shih Tzu puppy, born on November  30, 2002 and pictured here at  his first Puppy Plan appointment on February 7, 2003 when he weighed in at a whopping 3.6 pounds of fluff! Joyce tells us that Meeko especially loves to nibble  n people's feet!  What a cute puppy!
