We would like to introduce Estela Rangel, her son, Eric, and the newest member of their  family, Bubbles. Bubbles is a Pekingese mix puppy who was born on   April 27, 2003, and is  pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on June  20th when she weighed 5.2 pounds. She is SOOOO  cute - Estela tells us that she  jumps like a rabbit when she plays!
