What a great family portrait with the new Christmas puppy! This is Bart and April Richert and their family, Will,  Lily Bell, Maddie, and Kate. Lily Bell is the new addition, a beautiful yellow Labrador Retriever puppy who was born on  October 31, 2003, and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on  December 24th when she weighed 9.8 pounds. The Richerts tell us that this is their first  puppy, and we think that they have certainly chosen a wonderful breed of dog to  raise with their   children. Labs are kind, enthusiastic, and devoted family members - already Lily likes retrieving a ball. A little obedience training goes a long way with these dogs - they realty do want to be good  citizens! It will be fun to watch all of these kids grow up together!
