What an adorable puppy! This is Julio, the newest family member of Josh and Shari Rivas, and one of ten  kids at the Baptist Children's Home! Julio is a Chihuahua puppy, born on September 10, 2001, and pictured here at his first  Puppy Plan appointment on November 26th when he weighed in at a whopping 2.4 pounds. He is a special  cutie, and we know that  he will get LOTS of love from his new extended family!
