We would like to introduce Rachel Roth and her new best friend, Casper. Casper is a very tiny Poodle puppy, born on September 13, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on November 13, 2000, when he weighed in at a whopping 2 pounds! We know just how much fun a little puppy like this can contribute to a family, so we are sure that the Roth  family is really enjoying this new little bundle of love!
