We would like to introduce the  newest member of Tracey Russell's  family,  Annabelle. Annabelle is a Shih Tzu puppy who was born on April 30, 2003, and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on July  30th when she weighed 5 pounds of pure love! Tracey tells us that this puppy is the  only other girl in the family, so it looks like these two are going to stick together!
