We would like to introduce Cheryl  Rynearson, on the left, and her friend Patty, and Cheryl's new puppy, Leather. Leather is a Labrador Retriever and Dachshund mix puppy, born on October  16th and pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment on  January 24, 2002, when she weighed 18 pounds. She is such a cute puppy - she has all of the great attributes of both the  Dachshund and the Lab! Cheryl tells us that Leather was the last puppy born in a litter of seven and that this sweet puppy came to live with her on Christmas Eve. What a great present!!
