Wow! What a great  picture! This is Tammy Scruggs with Rocky, the newest member of Steve and Tammy  Scruggs' family. Rocky is a Shih Tzu puppy, born  on October 1, 2002 and  pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on December 17th when he weighed 5.8 pounds. Tammy tells us that this puppy is a genius! He is already potty-trained, and has learned to sit up  for treats - a gifted puppy! He is so soft and so cute, and is so  lucky to be living with such  a fun-loving family!
