What a great picture! This is Harley Shaffer with her new 'brother', Skipper. Skipper, a Beagle, is pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on June 16, 2004 when he weighed 16.3 pounds. He was born on February 23, 2004. Michelle Shaffer, Harley's Mom, tells us that this is Harley's first dog, and that she is very excited about having this special puppy.
