Is there anything cuter than a Bassett Hound puppy??? We would like to introduce Carry Sheppard and her new "baby", Dutchess. Dutchess was born on July 2nd and is pictured here at her first Puppy Plan appointment  on September 30, 2002 when she weighed 19.4 pounds. It is always  fun to watch these cute puppies grow up!!
