What a great  picture! This is part of Bill and Julie Smalley's family, Julie, Annette, William, and Copper. Copper is a Beagle puppy, born on December 18, 2002, and pictured here at his first Puppy Plan appointment on February 22, 2003 when he weighed 11.5 pounds. Copper is such a good name  for a Beagle puppy - we just wonder where Todd has gone! We know that these children will have a wonderful time with this adorable, high energy puppy!
